This study was conducted to determine the technology preparedness of CHE students in flexible learning during the pandemic. It included the technology preparedness of the students on technology access, technology skills and literary and attitude of the students in technology.
Results revealed that out of the 115 respondents, majority are in the bracket 21-22 years, belonging to female group and llocano as their ethnic of origin. Majority had a family income below of 10,000 pesos which shows that they belong to low-income group families. Findings showed high level of technology preparedness in technology skills and literacy. The respondents made use of the mobile phone as being available, less expensive, slimmer, lighter and offer a more simplified set of tools. Others had laptops, desktops and tablets. Majority were able to access fast internet connection in the university. Regardless of their demographic profile their level of technology preparedness were the same. They were perceived as highly prepared in using technology in flexible learning during the pandemic
