The study aimed to know the employees job satisfaction on the (3) three international fast food chains at Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. It also assessed the level of satisfaction of the rank-and-file in terms of intrinsic factors, extrinsic factors and their overall job satisfaction in general.
The study was conducted during the whole month of March 2019. The collection of data was done by providing questionnaire that was based on the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) to rank and file employees of the selected three (3) international fast food chains. The questionnaires were presented and explained to the respondents. The research sample had 113 rank and file employees from the selected three (3) international fast food chains. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.
Results showed that, overall, the employees of the selected fast food chain were satisfied on the establishments' way of developing them with regards to their personal aspect. Furthermore, with regards to the outside factors or the environment they were in, particularly the establishment itself the employees were also very satisfied. The respondents were satisfied on their jobs but were not sure if they will spend the rest of their career with the international fast-food chains. In the three establishments, the data revealed that there was a highly significant relationship between the intrinsic factor and the overall job satisfaction of rank and file employees.
