The construction industry faces challenges and problems that arise from both within and beyond the sector. Construction problems occur much too frequently during a project's life cycle. This study aims to identify the demographic profile of the contractors, workers, and clients of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, the issues and problems they encounter during the construction of projects, and offer possible interventions in addressing the problems/issues encountered. The results show that most of the construction firms operating Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya were sole-proprietorship type of business, categorized under Class A (General Engineering), deal with multiple construction projects, accept government projects, and offer a variety of services. Meanwhile, most of the contractors consider fortuitous events as the number one problem in the construction projects; the delay of salary was the most concerning problem of respondents, while worker shortage was seen by the clients as the most alarming problem. In order to address the identified problems, the researchers offered a number of recommendations.
