To achieve the above aims, the study used the descriptive-inferential research method. In describing the data gathered, the study used frequency counts, percentages, means and standard deviations. In the analyses of the effects of the MIT Lacto Plus Organic Fertilizer, the study used the t-test. The 0.05 probability level (level of significance) was the critical point of reference for the analysis of study results. The study was conducted in the province of Quirino in the five towns of Nagtipunan, Maddela, Aglipay, Saguday and Cabarroguis particularly, in the barangays of Dipintin, Poblacion, Cabaruan, Abbag, Dipantan, Ponngo, Palacian, Samora, and Magsaysay.
