500 _aThe aim of this study was to determine the significant relationship between profile of the respondents, food quality, service quality, and its best recommendation to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Fast food industry developed rapidly in an emerging economy like Philippines. Current competition in fast-food industry has required companies to pay more attention to customer satisfaction. The data required for this study was conducted from the primary source only. This study collected data by using a structured survey questionnaire. The sample is composed of ninety-two (92) customers of KFC Solano who visited during the fourth week of April of the year 2022. There were two variables discussed in this study, i.e., independent and dependent variables. Customer satisfaction in the fast-food industry showed dependency on profile of the respondents, food quality and service quality. The research model is adapted from the hypothesized model (Uddin 2019). The results (significant at p <0.01 and p <0.05) exhibited that among four (4) variables, only profile of the respondents has no significant relationship to customer satisfaction. Also, findings show that respondent's best recommendation in food quality is the freshness of food while speedy and desirable services for the service quality. This study will give guidance to fast-food restaurant managers on developing their business strategies in a competitive industry. Keywords: customer satisfaction, food quality, KFC, service quality
