500			_a This research aims to show the effective management and utilization of residual construction waste materials that will help construction firms maximize their allotted houdget on construction materials through the means of Reusing and Recycling excess materials. Construction waste management prevents harmful events or accidents and also helps the environment by reducing the amount of solid waste generated from construction sites that contributes to environmental pollution. This study employed the quantitative and qualitative method, a combination of interview and observation in gathering the information required for this research, especially in analyzing the way of waste management used by the subject Company. This study was conducted during the school year 2022-2023 at Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. In view of the findings, the conclusion states that construction waste can have a huge environmental impact. Due to the very uses of construction materials, most of these are not easily biodegradable. Add to this the voluminous nature of these materials, and it's easy to see improper treatment or dumping could rapidly result in mountains of waste dotting the landscape for centuries. Having innovative ways to dispose construction waste is a great advantage for maintaining a safe environment in the field of Construction Engineering. With the results obtained, there are a lot of construction waste materials generated during construction processes. It suggested to minimize the volume of residual waste materials by reusing and recycling. It was also suggested to Explore different recycling strategies and creative ways to reuse construction waste materials. Transform garbage into valuable building materials like construction tools and materials, look into processes like combining and creating new products that can help build the project. Furthermore, future researchers may conduct more research and studies about construction waste management and take more urgent measures to unleash the scope of management and utilization, like innovating a way of disposing of construction waste that will help in building construction projects.
