500			_aCompetencies are critical for equipping students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that is needed to successfully navigate personal journeys in learning, living, and working. It is essential to identify and evaluate these competencies in order to enhance the weak areas, thus this study is geared toward improving the curriculum through a table of recommended needed competencies and a well-developed curriculum map. The concept of the study was drawn from the theory of the twelve competencies that every manager should master and personal entrepreneurial competency framework. The respondents' profile, managerial competencies and challenges encountered in the pursuit of Master of Management were determined through a survey questionnaire while a self-rating questionnaire was adopted in the personal entrepreneurial competency. The study revealed that business education graduate program was dominated by young and single professionals who demonstrated great extent of managerial competencies except in the areas of conflict management, communication, and delegation. On the other hand, the personal entrepreneurial competencies of the respondents were at high level in all terms but weak on the areas of demand for quality and efficiency, persuasion and networking and self-confidence. Lastly, personal factors were the most encountered difficulties and challenges encountered, being time management as the highest.
