500			_a The construction sector, which has the largest workforce in the world, plays an important role in the socio-economic development of a country. In this industry, project success is crucial. It can be defined as the endpoint of an organization's objectives, which correlate to delivery on time, within budget and within specifications. This study aims to identify the different success factors in the construction of BRGajes Building Building (Capitol Site, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya) which are categorized into four major groups such as project-related factors, external factors, project management action and human-related factors from Chan et al. (2004). For the purposes of this study, a qualitative-exploratory approach is used for the research design, wherein data were collected through survey questionnaire checklists with open-ended questions that were distributed to the chosen respondents, which include supervising engineer, project engineers, personnel from the management team, foremen, and laborers. In addition, literature reviews were done as the secondary research method of collecting data. This study is limited only to determining the success factors of the above-mentioned construction project, which is the researchers' main purpose. The results of this study were interpreted using basic statistical techniques specifically, percentage analysis for the survey questionnaire checklists and bar charts for the open-ended questions. As a result, project-related factors accumulated 73.335% which has the highest percentage. In conclusion, the most critical success factor is the Project-related factors which has a percentage of 73.335%. This firmly implies that the project's type (residential, commercial, etc.), nature (private or government-funded), complexity in terms of structure and design, and size, all of which fall under project-related factors, had the greatest impact on the success of the BRG Building's construction.
