500			_aTechnological advancements encourage the faculty members to develop different teaching strategies especially during the global pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. As a guide, CHED issued Memorandum No. 04 Series of 2020 which contains the general recommendations on the flexible learning strategies depending on the levels of technology and availability of devices of the stakeholders. Faculty members were challenged to continue teaching beyond the traditional mode of learning during the pandemic. Therefore, the study focused on the level of management functions and technology preparedness of the faculty members with permanent employment status under business programs of HEIs in Nueva Vizcaya. The concept of the study was drawn from the theories of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling (POLC) and technology preparedness in terms of technology access, technology skills and literacy, and attitude in technology. The respondents' profile, level of implementation of management functions and level of technology preparedness were determined through descriptive statistics such as percentage, standard deviation, and frequency count. The result of the study showed that faculty members of business programs have high level of implementation of management and technology preparedness. Moreover, significant relationships between the respondents' profile and management strategies, respondents' profile and technology preparedness, and management strategies and technology preparedness of the faculty members were determined using the statistical tools like Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson's r), Correlation Ratio (E2), and Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient depending on the type of data being tested. The study revealed that the profile of the faculty members has no relationship on their level of implementation of management strategies. On the other hand, younger faculty members have higher technology access and technology skills and literacy. Furthermore, result showed that profile were not significant factors on their level of attitude in technology. More results showed that when the level of implementation of management strategies is high, the result is also high in terms of technology preparedness of the faculty members. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended an enhanced program for better implementation of flexible learning in HEIs.
