500			_aIn this highly challenging and demanding world, the presence of data and technology is overwhelming. The Rural Health Unit (RHU) of the Municipality of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya is currently using a manual system in terms of implementing medical services and patient profiling. A descriptive-developmental Interviews, research method, particularly observations, and document scanning, was conducted in order to gather data relevant to the objectives of the study. During the interviews, different problems on medical services were encountered in this manual method such as tedious work in assessing health conditions, difficulty in diagnosing, and high time consumption in backtracking previous health records. As regards patient profiling, there was difficulty in data processing because patient records were sifted from various source documents, there was a lack of confidentiality and security because of the absence of central storage, among others. With the extraordinary availability of data, these issues could be handled using data mining techniques to predict disease occurrences. In this study, clustering and classification techniques were utilized to predict disease occurrences of every barangay of the municipality at a given time. An efficient records-management system along with a decision-support system was developed to meet the challenges of the RHU. It mainly features the disease-occurrence mapping to assist physicians and other health professionals in their decision-making tasks particularly in diagnosis, treatment, and recommendations. In terms of the ISO/IEC 25010 Software Quality Standards, the system was assessed to have a "very great extent" of compliance.
