This research study aimed to determine the land use in the Municipality of Santa Fe. The Town was politically subdivided into of sixteen (16) barangays. Santa Fe is a fourth-class municipality in the province of Nueva Vizcaya. Located at the southern highway boundary of the province according to Census 2020.
Particularly is sought to answer the research problems: (1) What is the classification of the land use, (2) What is the total area of each land use, and (3) What are the factors affecting the appraisal of land use in the municipality of Santa Fe?
This study was conducted at the Municipality of Santa Fe specifically at the cooperating agencies: Assessor's Office both municipalities and provincial sector, the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), and Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO). It is a qualitative and quantitative type of research. In gathering data, interviews and secondary data used utilized as survey methods.
Microsoft Excel is the instrument used in the computation of the gathered data. Frequency distribution was the statistical tool used in the analysis of problems 1 and 2 while the market value formula and standard deviation were used in the analysis of problem number 3.
