Construction planning, which involves choosing the appropriate software, defining the various work activities, estimating the time and resources required for each activity, and identifying any interactions between the various work tasks, is a crucial and challenging task in the management and execution of building projects. The purpose of the research is to outline the scheduling and planning for a two-storey CENRO Office Building in Bannit, Payawan Lamut, Ifugao. This study used quantitative research.
The estimated project cost reached about Php 13.5 M which will last for 200 working days (excluding Sundays, and holidays) as computed in the critical path in the PERT/CPM. Thus, the researchers conclude that managing a construction project in an economical way involves careful planning and scheduling.
