Construction Engineering and Management is a highly sought-after profession today as the Build Build Build (BBB) program is continuous in the country. The core of developing equipped construction managers of tomorrow with superior construction project management skills is the excellent quality offered by the curriculum. In the study of Farooqui, Ahmed, and Saqib (2010), they develop the set of skills and attributes that construction managers are required to have from the professional responsibility in hiring entry-level positions in contractors 'companies Using this set of skills and attributes, this paper determines the level of capabilities on each skill and attribute presented by the graduating students enrolled in construction engineering and management specialization. The researchers surveyed to gather the required data needed in the study. The participant in this study is the 50 selected civil engineering graduating students enrolled in construction engineering and management specialization.
The study concludes that the top five skills and attributes by the level of capabilities of the respondents include the desire to learn, planning and goal setting, high regard for values/work ethics, long-term commitment, and willingness to travel.
