The role of men and women in society has always been significantly different However, the nature of these roles is gradually changing. Women's competence up to now is an issue in our society which challenges their role to strongly stand and prove their worth, that women can make a difference.

The study mainly aimed to determine the level of entrepreneurial competency of women-led Agri-enterprise in the urban municipality of the province Specifically it aims to determine the socio-economic profile of the respondents, the factors that motivates them, their financial performance in terms of its marketing efficiency, the challenges they encountered and the relationship between the level of entrepreneurship and marketing efficiency of the women led agri enterprises
Quantitative and qualitative research approaches through open and close type question and observation was used to gather necessary data. Data gathered was subjected to statistical treatment. Frequency and percentage were used for the socio-economic profile, challenges and motivation factors. Mean score was used to determine the level of entrepreneurial competency and Pearson's R was utilized for the relationship between the marketing efficiency and level of entrepreneurial competency. It was found out that the in the socio-economic profile of the majority of the respondent are age from 41-45, widowed, college undergraduate, at least earning less than 5,000 pesos to support their family with 3 members. Members has at least five training/seminar/meeting attended and most of these are paid by the members of the women organization. The level of entrepreneurial competency in the three urban municipalities was from level 5 to 6 and out of the fifteen area of competency, five areas ware found out with poor performance, in terms of the motivational factors and challenges "Being member, I can provide the needs of my family" and "Fear of sudden change and risk" was the majority answered by the women group respectively. Based from their marketing efficiency it was found out that the ratio against sale and net profit is positive but still low ideal ratio (1:2). Lastly, the relationship between the level of entrepreneurial competencies and marketing efficiency was found out that there is a strong relationship between the two variables.

To further improve their performance, they must venture in various activities that will improve the identified poor areas of their entrepreneurial competency. To combat the "Creativity" they must further improve their existing marketing strategies, for "Financial and economic literacy" increase their awareness in simple accounting record management, for "Vision, Motivation and perseverance and Self-awareness and self-efficacy regular assessment and capability plan must be made and to minimized the "fear of sudden change and risk" constant meeting must be carried out by the organization.
