Evaluation of Factors Affecting the Quality of Construction Projects in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya" It aimed to evaluate the factors affecting the quality of construction projects. The profile of the contractors/construction companies and the resources was identified in this study. It specifically aimed to determine what is the greatest factor affecting the quality of construction projects, do the factors determined create new opportunity or future projects of the company, if controlled, would it cause the company to grow and improve, and does affect or have impact on the client satisfaction and image of the company, and what are the factors that are difficult to maintain/handle. This study was made by the means of quantitative methods. The selected respondents of this study are the contractors, civil engineers, and project managers at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, year 2023. Researchers-made questionnaires were administered as instruments in gathering the data. The researchers found out that the greatest factor affecting the quality of construction projects in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya in quality control and management Capability of Contractor/Company. Resulting in a positive impact of creating new opportunity/opportunities or future projects of the company. If factors affecting the quality of projects are controlled, it causes the company to grow and improve and has positive impact on the client satisfaction and image of the company. The factor which is the most difficult to maintain/handle are quality control and management capability of contractor/company and communication. It was recommended that civil engineers should measure and rate the quality of construction projects, contractors should identify the level of satisfaction of the client; Project managers should identify whether time and scheduling affect the quality and success of the construction projects; Safety officers should conduct studies regarding the health and safety in the construction companies, and future researchers are recommended to identify other factors that affect the quality of construction projects.
