The study was conducted to have an evaluation and assessment on the taxed mapped land use and properties in the Municipality of Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. It was conducted during the second semester of the School Year 2022-2023 at the Municipal Assessor's Office.
The study used structured interview method wherein typically very controlled, with fixed, pre-planned question were used in gathering data. Documentary analysis was used to present the evaluation and assessment on the taxed mapped land use and properties in Bambang, wherein the data or documents were already existed, the researcher has to manipulate and interpret the data and give voice and meaning around an evaluation and assessment topic. Both quantitative and qualitative approach were used in obtaining and presenting data. The source of the study was the office of the Municipal Assessors of Bambang.
It discussed about some important matters regarding the improvements and the Assessment of the taxed mapped whether it is Titled or Untitled. According to our findings, still there are many lands that are untitled and the government must encourage the people to have their land to be survey and have their own title and in order to prevent conflict or misunderstanding between families and any other individual or trespassers, for them also to have a property protection.
