It also aimed to determine the effect of fruit juices (calamansi, pineapple and dalandan) on broccoli-fruit juice blends with very desirable sensory quality in terms of appearance/color, taste, aroma and general acceptability. A semi-trained laboratory panel of nine members evaluated the products using 9-point Hedonic Scale. The analysis of variance was used to determine if there were significant differences on the sensory quality of the finished product. The pH of broccoli (6.6) shows that it is a non- acid food. Of the three fruits used as acidulant, calamansi was the sourest (2.4), followed by dalandan (2.9), and pineapple (3.1). In terms of soluble solid, the pineapple juice registered the highest reading (9°Bx) followed by calamansi (5°Bx). The amount of fruit juices needed to adjust the pH of the broccoli extract to 3.5 were 55ml of calamansi juice, 450ml of pineapple juice, and 295ml of dalandan juice. The use of pineapple juice as acidulant enhanced the taste and appearance/color as well as the general acceptability of broccoli-based juice blend. The mean rating which ranged from 7.56-8.00 has a descriptive equivalent of "Like Very Much" compared to the control which ranged from 6.22-6.56 which has a descriptive equivalent of "Like Slightly". It was conducted to determine the effects of different levels of relative humidity and lighting duration on the root development of chrysanthemum cuttings. The study used two factors in completely randomized design (CRD) having different levels of relative humidity as the factor RH and the lighting duration as the factor L. Factor RH with three levels, 60-70%, 70-80%, and 80-90% relative humidity while factor L has also three lighting duration, 2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours, making nine treatment combinations. The study used two-factor factorial experiment arranged in completely randomized design (CRD) having different levels of factor RH (relative humidity) and factor L (lighting duration). Factor RH had three levels, 60-70%, 70-80%, and 80-90% while factor L had also three lighting duration, 2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours. The treatment combination are as follows, RHIL1(60-70% RH and 2 hours lighting), RH1L2 (60-70% RH and 4 hours lighting), RH1L3 (60-70% RH and 6 hours lighting), RH2L1 (70-80% RH and 2 hours lighting), RH2L2 (70-80% RH and 4 hours lighting), RH2L3 (60-70% RH and 6 hours lighting), RH3L1 (80-90% RH and 2 hours lighting), RH3L2 (80-90% RH and 4 hours lighting), RH3L3 (80-90% RH and 6 hours lighting). Results of study revealed that the different levels of relative humidity and lighting duration has no significant effect on most of the data gathered on the propagation of chrysanthemum shoot tip cuttings particularly on the root development. However, some parameter such as the mortality rate shows high significance which recommends that 80-90% relative humidity and two hours lighting duration is the best environment for chrysanthemum propagation. | Thesis (Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering - Soil and Water Management) 28 cm..

Place hold on Effects of a controlled environment on the root development of chrysanthemum (dendrathema grandiflora T. The water system is evaluated according to its efficiency and economic viability. The average number of hours of operation of the pump was 17.72 with an actual discharge of 76, 977.90 lph (1,364,048.47 per day). The water system has a pumping efficiency of 60%, conveyance efficiency of 29%, distribution efficiency of 68% and water used efficiency of 20%. The estimated total water consumption during the study period was 113,010.20 lph while the computed actual discharge was 573, 691.66 lph bringing water loss of 83.59% of the total water delivered. The benefit cost ratio computed for the five year period was less than 1 which is not economically acceptable. The cause of high percentage of water losses are leakages and breakages of pipes and fittings, continuous flow of water from urinals, toilet bowls, faucets and other water facilities in the different buildings and unaccounted leakages of pipelines underground. | Thesis (Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering - Soil and Water Management) 28 cm..

Place hold on Efficiency analysis and economic evaluate of the water distribution system of the Nueva Vizcaya State University Bayombong Campus Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya/

Growth and yield performance of bush snap bean (phaseolus vulgaris L.) varieties as influenced by liquid organic fertilizers and effective microorganism in Lagawe, Ifugao/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Gumuwang, Edel Grace T. .
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xvii, 80 leaves : , The study was conducted at a farmer's garden in Poblacion South, Lagawe, Ifugao from July to September 2017. The pure extract diluted to 1000 ppm and incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes were subjected to Absorbance readings monitored at 517 nm using a UV VIS spectrophotometer in triplicate runs. The effectiveness of pretreatments for preventing discoloration was evaluated based on the color of the resulting flour. The optimum level of mango seed flour substitution was determined by comparing the quality of the baked sample through the Kramer's ranking for preference test. Using the optimum level, three baked recipes (macaroons, cookies and cupcakes) were prepared and evaluated in terms of quality and general acceptability. Data on the sensory quality and general acceptability of the samples obtained from nine semi-trained laboratory panel were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance for a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The three recipes were also ranked for preference to determine which one had the highest potential for scaled up production. Mango seed contains triterpenes fatty acid, anthraquinores, coumarines, tannins and flavonoids and has a relatively potent radical scavenging activity %RSA = 52.38 compared to that of the control or standard (68.40). The most effective way of inactivating the enzyme in mango seed kernel is the use of sodium metabisulfite. The samples so-treated were found to be superior in color compared to the untreated samples. As to its utilization as wheat flour substitute using three levels (10, 15 and 20%) the 10% level was found to be the optimum based on a ranking for preference test. Of the baked recipes, containing 10% MSF, no significant difference was found on their quality except that of color where the cookies obtained lower mean ratings. In the ranking preference, cupcakes were superior to that of the cookies which implies that cupcakes have a greater potential for scale- up production. | Thesis (Master of Science-Home Technology) 28 cm..

Place hold on Characterization and process development of mango (mangifera indica linn) seed flour, its utilization in selected baked products/

Socioeconomic dimensions of the national greening program in nueva vizcaya, philippines/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Jasmin, Teresita O..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xv, 182 leaves : , This study was conducted from December 2017 to April 2018 to assess the socioeconomic dimensions of the National Greening Program (NGP) in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. Ten (10) NGP barangays in the municipalities of Aritao, Bayombong, Kasibu, Quezon and Sta. Fe were selected using multi-stage sampling method. Respondents consisted of 261 beneficiaries of NGP were in turn randomly selected from the study sites. A questionnaire was developed, validated and administered to the respondents. The data were gathered through interview schedule from key informants and from secondary sources. The responses in the questionnaires were processed and analyzed using summary statistics. Biophysical assessment of the selected sites (by Geographical Information System and time-series methods) was likewise employed to supplement the discussion on socioeconomic improvements in the NGP areas. Based on secondary data, all NGP sites were deemed fit for NGP, hence capable of becoming productive. There was very high correlation between closed forest sites and average survival of planted seedlings, but survival was negatively moderately correlated with areas with Type III Climate. NGP success on open areas was still attributable to ecological services provided by adjacent healthy forests. The respondents coming from different Peoples Organizations (PO) were predominantly males. About two-thirds of the respondents were middle-aged, majority was married. Ethnicity comprised of migrants from neighboring provinces of Ifugao, Benguet and Mountain Province. They were mostly high school undergraduates, and with varied occupation but predominantly farmers. In connection to NGP's mechanics of implementation, respondents and key informants alike said that NGP is a "joint effort of DENR and community." However, respondents felt that other supposed players do not fare well in terms of participation to NGP Respondents disagreed that national government agencies (NGA), academe, financial institutions as well as local governments provide much help in the implementation of NGP. All the respondents agreed that Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) organization was effective leader and facilitator of NGP and its components However, they believed DENR office and personnel must improve their efficiency in releasing funds, cutoff time in processing documents and contracts and assuming transparency in transactions. As regard NGP performance, about 21 tree species were utilized as planting materials by the studied POs. Coffee (Coffea sp) was the most popular, which is used by 10 out of 11 POs. Average survival rate among the towns was 81 percent which is lower than the national standard (85%). The surveyed individuals generally agreed that among NGP activities, production of seedling was most economically (individually) rewarding. Respondents also showed high regard to NGP as a sustainable source of livelihood for its latent ecological services although it is not the ultimate solution to productivity. The respondents divulged that NGP has augmented their monthly income. Nevertheless, the moderate perception to NGP impacts to livelihood was affected by specific factors. Among which, the respondents agreed that economic success of NGP is attributable to the way community involvement was valued by NGP. The program's fast delivery of promised payments all contributed to positive perception of people towards the said program. Majority of respondents agreed that NGP is rewarding both individually and collectively. They likewise agreed that NGP will eventually solve forestry-related problems such as illegal timber harvesting and squatting. They also believed that NGP is an entry point for political players to reach out to their needs and wants. Thus, the respondents accepted NGP as important to their life in the uplands because it has an impact to their economic status, their social collective and environmental consciousness. | Thesis (Master of Science-Rural Development) 28 cm..

Place hold on Socioeconomic dimensions of the national greening program in nueva vizcaya, philippines/

Performance of nsic bush snap beans (phaseolus vulgaris l..) varies as influenced by organic fertilizers in Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Uchu-e, Olivia G..
Bayomobong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xv, 78 leaves : , The study was conducted at barangay Amelong Labeng, Kayapa, Nueva, Vizcaya from December 2017 to March 2018 to evaluate the growth and yield performance of NSIC bush snap beans as influenced by organic fertilizers, to determine which of the organic fertilizers was best suited for NSIC bush snap bean production and to determine the economic profitability of bush snap bean production using organic fertilizers. The investigation used the descriptive-inferential design. The descriptive method used to describe the demographic profile of the respondents and their academic and sports motivation. The inferential method employed to look into the relationship between the variables and to identify the demographic variables, academic motivation and sports motivation that significantly predict the academic performance of the student athletes. Frequency and percent distribution was used to answer the demographic profiling, mean distribution was used to answer the level of academic motivation, sports motivation and students' performance of the respondents, and the backward multiple linear regression was used to answer the problems on predictor variables of students' performance. All statistical computations such as frequencies, and prediction were done through the use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows (SPSS v. 16). The target population for this study was the registered student-athletes from Isabela State University who were registered as athletes and competed in the Regional SCUAA and National SCUAA. Based on the consolidated records from the sports coordinators of the respective campuses, there were 232 registered student-athletes. Using Slovin's formula, the required research sample from the population is 147 at 5% margin of error (a=0.05). A semi-structured questionnaire was used to gather the primary data of this study. Administration and retrieval of the questionnaire was personally done by the researcher herself. And the secondary data was derived from the General Weighted Average (GWA) of the student-athletes gathered from the registrar. Result of the study shows that among the demographic profile variables, only the variables age, year level, sports engaged in, and highest level of competition participated in are the significant predictors of academic performance. The two academic motivation variables, i.e. the learning styles and study habits, are significant predictors of the academic performance of the respondents. The incentives and awards & recognition are significant positive predictors of academic performance of the student-athletes. Among the independent variables, demographic profile, academic motivation and sports motivation, the age, learning styles, incentives and awards & recognition are the only significant overall predictors of academic performance of the student-athletes. As ascertain by this set of findings, the age and learning styles negatively influence the academic performance of the student-athletes while the incentives and awards & recognition have positive influence to the dependent variable. As a whole, these set of predictors jointly influenced for approximately 98% of the variance of the academic performance. | Thesis (Master of Education - Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health) 28 cm..

Place hold on Predictors of academic performance of student-athletes of Isabela State University/

Research capabilities of public elementary teachers in the northern district, schools division of Nueva Vizcaya: basis for the design of research management framework/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Gonzales, Irene B..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xii, 94 leaves : , This study aimed to determine the research capabilities of public elementary teachers in the Northern District, Schools Division of Nueva Vizcaya and the factors that motivate them to conduct research. The study was conducted during the school year 2017-2018. The respondents were selected based on multi-stage and stratified proportionate random sampling. A structured questionnaire was constructed and used to gather pertinent data required in the study. This study employed the descriptive-inferential method. The descriptive research was used to describe the profile of the teacher-respondents, motivational factors. management factors in terms of research support, and research capabilities in terms of research skills and process and dissemination. The inferential method was employed to determine the relationship between selected variables related to the research capabilities of the respondents. The study found out that elementary school teachers who have attained higher educational attainment and have attended national trainings also have higher research capabilities in terms of research skills, and more knowledgeable in research process and dissemination. Younger elementary school teachers who have attended national level trainings are more motivated to conduct research. Inversely, older teachers who seldom attend national level training have lower level of motivation to conduct research. Elementary school teachers who have higher educational attainment perceived that the school or the institution where they belong have accorded them with amiable environment to conduct research; while those who have attended district level trainings observed that the school or the institution where they belong still need to enhance the capability of teachers to conduct quality research. When elementary school teachers are highly motivated to conduct research and provided with adequate management support, they would acquire honed research skills and more capable to disseminate research results in various fora and publish such results in different media. | Thesis (Master of Education - Educational Administration) 28 cm..

Place hold on Research capabilities of public elementary teachers in the northern district, schools division of Nueva Vizcaya: basis for the design of research management framework/

Utilization of natural acidulants in broccoli based health juice/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Pocday, Jennifer B..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xii, 38 leaves : , This study was conducted to determine the physico-chemical characteristics of raw materials and make necessity adjustments to come up with the most desirable quality product. The other fruit juices failed to enhance the aroma and taste of broccoli-based fruit juice blends. The results of this study have a total of 51 ARBO members and 8 ARBO manager/operators. Respondents were interviewed with the use of survey questionnaires and key informant interview. The findings of the study showed the different CSFs given by DAR in 2014 under the management of the identified 4 cooperatives which includes facilities such as tractors, mechanical transplanter, combine harvester and mechanical flat-bed dryer. Among the cooperatives assisted, Division 4 Series Cauayan Irrigator's Association of Cauayan City and Villacabanes Credit Cooperative of San Manuel have received the most number of facilities while Bannawing Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative received the least number of facilities through the use of descriptive statistics. Moreover, ARBO member always utilized facilities in the year 2014-2015 while in 2016-2017 frequently and rarely utilized because of the limited number of facilities that are always used and limited knowledge on the management of facilities. There are policies imposed by the ARBO manager/operator that served as guidelines to ARBO members in the utilization of CSFs in terms of implementation and compliance. The test for significance using multiple linear regression further showed that the use of CSFs has statistically significant effect to yield/output both dry and wet seasons with a t-value of 6.315 and 5.713, respectively. It was also statistically significant to income during both seasons with a t-value of 0.429 and 1.154, respectively. The t test for r measured the significant difference between the utilization and non-utilization of CSFs. The results showed a highly significant difference between the utilization and non-utilization of CSFs by the ARBOs (before and after) and labor productivity. Findings also showed that there is significant difference between the variables in terms of farm area, yield /output and income. Secondary data were also obtained from various government and private agencies such as DA, PSA, PGQ and other agencies. The study used a descriptive research method with structured questionnaire as the primary research tool to determine the productivity, marketability and profitability prevalent in the coffee producing municipalities of Quirino Province. The study revealed that majority of the coffee farmers were males, married, age ranged from 36-45 years old and farming as their major source of income. All farmers owned their land and had been in coffee farming for almost 10 years. The coffee plantation were found in hilly areas. The operating cost of traders was ninety-four percent of the gross sales, with a six percent of Net Profit Margin. The presence of the Mataga-ay Coffee Growers Producers Cooperative (MCGCP) offering higher price than traders would be an opportunity of Quirino coffee producers supported by government and non-government organizations. The problems and constraints identified were: high cost of farm inputs, climate change resulting to loss of crops, inadequate post-harvest facilities; limited transportation facilities resulting to high transportation cost, limited access to market information, and fluctuation of price and increasing coffee imports. The results showed that the coffee producers were not able to meet the target production. It was found that yield performance of the present industry in Quirino province was lower than the expected output. Net profit margin of the coffee industry in the farmer's level from crop year 2015-2017 was -0.67 which was lower than the industry standard, 1. The respondents of the study were then rated by their respective Grades 11 and 12 students and head teachers. The data were acquired through a survey questionnaire consisting of three parts: socio-demographic profile, work attitude and level of readiness of the teachers. The researcher analyzed the data using descriptive-correlational methods. Descriptive methods were used to present the profile of the teachers, their work attitude and level of readiness On the other hand, the correlational methods explored the differences and relationships among the factor variables Results showed that almost one third of the teachers are in their twenties and beginner in the profession, and have attended at least two seminar trainings related to K-12 Science Curriculum. They were observed to be future role models in their schools as they consistently demonstrate the work attitudes expected from professionals such as themselves. They most frequently demonstrated a great deal of self-management with utmost professionalism and good ethicsIn addition, the Grade 12 teachers were evidently ready in the competencies of the core instruction. They evidently showed a firm grip of the science content and science processes intertwined in the curriculum. Significant differences were observed under the informative assessment and reflection indicators of readiness when they were grouped according to age. More mature teachers have the readiness to demonstrate effectively informative assessment and reflection to their students as compared to their younger counterparts. Lastly, there was little association between the work attitude and level of readiness of the teachers. Fe) using the DINESERV model of service quality for food service establishments. The study was conducted on October, 2017. A total of 291 respondents served as the respondents for the study. A survey questionnaire was used to gather respondents' demographic data and a 7-Point Likert Scale was used to measure and evaluate the expected and perceived service quality of the semi-fine dining restaurant. Paired sample t-test was used to determine the significant differences between perceived and expected service quality of the three selected semi-fine dining restaurants. While Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to determine the significant differences among the three selected semi-fine dining restaurants in terms of respondents perceived service quality. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software was used to analyze and to perform statistical test on the data. The results for the test of difference of the service quality of semi-fine dining restaurant A indicates that there is statistically significant variations in the mean rating of nine (9) Dimensions while the dimensions product quality, ambient conditions, facility aesthetics and premises, and table settings have no significant difference on the perceptions of the respondents after they experienced the service of the restaurant. Semi-fine dining restaurant B has significant differences of all DINESERV Dimensions on the expected and perceived service quality of the restaurant. Furthermore, result of the test of difference for semi-fine dining restaurant C also yielded significant differences with all the DINESERV dimensions. The result of the paired t-test denotes that respondent's expectation was higher than the respondent's perception in the three semi fine dining restaurants or which means that respondents' expectations of the service provided were not met. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) shows that the tabular F-value was greater than the computed F-value on the respondents' perceived service quality. This implies that the perceived service quality of the three semi-fine dining restaurants were the same with each other. To conclude, the findings of this study can be helpful for semi-fine ding restaurant managers who aim to improve and retain the service quality they provide to their customers. | Research paper (Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management) 28 cm..

Place hold on Service quality of the selected semi-fine dining restaurants in Nueva Vizcaya/

Utilization of dried lettuce leaves in pandesal/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Del Rosario, Jayson R..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University; 2018 .
xii, 44 leaves : , This study was conducted to enhance the nutritional value of pandesal by incorporating significant amounts of dried lettuce leaves. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of incorporating different levels (4%, 6%, 8%) of dried lettuce leaves on the pandesal formulation in terms of appearance, aroma, flavor, texture and acceptability of the product and to determine the optimum level of lettuce leaf powder that can be mixed in the pandesal without negatively affecting the acceptability of the product. This study utilized the descriptive type of research using a sensory semi-trained laboratory panel composed nine members using 9-point hedonic scale to evaluate the quality and acceptability of the product. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for a completely randomized design (CRD) was used in the analysis of the data gathered in the experiment. Significant differences were subjected to Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Result of the study showed that the incorporation of 4% lettuce leaf powder did not exert any negative effect on the color/appearance, flavor, texture and aroma of the product. 6% level of lettuce powder is comparable to pandesal with 4% level of lettuce leaf powder. Adding 8% level of lettuce leaf powder caused a negative effect on the product. In terms of general acceptability, only the pandesal with 4% level of lettuce leaf powder is comparable to the control. This result indicate that pandesal with 4% lettuce leaf powder had the potential for scaled up production. The addition of 4% lettuce leaf powder in pandesal provides 30% of the RDA for vitamin A. 28 cm..

Place hold on Utilization of dried lettuce leaves in pandesal/

Employment profile of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management graduates SY 2014-2015/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Acosta, Rachelle P..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University; 2018 .
x, 17 leaves : , This study determined the employability profile of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) Graduates in Nueva Vizcaya State University (Bayombong Campus) SY. 2014-2015.Specifically, it aimed to determine socio-demographic profile, employment profile. The study was conducted at Nueva Vizcaya State University, Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya last January 2018. A total of 400 respondents were equally divided (50 respondents per stall) among the eight food service providers. A survey questionnaire was used to determine the level of safety, sanitation and hygiene practices of food service providers in the university. Difference on assessment of the Food Safety, Sanitation, and Hygiene Practices of the food service providers was determined using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Statistical Package for Social Science Research (SPSS) was used to facilitate data summarizing and analysis. The result of the study showed that under the factor Food Product Quality. "Bottled and packed items are not expired"; the factor Equipment, Utensils and Facility, "Food items have individual serving utensils", and the factor Service Quality, "Employees show courtesy and willingness to customers" was observed by the respondents to have the highest mean ratings while "Sauces such as gravy are served warm"; "Comfort rooms have adequate water supply, hand soap, sanitizer, and tissue papers all the time", and "Employees wear medical certificates all the time", was observed to have the lowest mean ratings among the said factors. Therefore, the Food Safety, Sanitation and Hygiene Practices of the different food service providers in the university were not all strictly complied as observed by the respondents. The result of the study showed that there a significant difference among the Food Safety, Sanitation, and Hygiene Practices of food service providers in Nueva Vizcaya State University. This means that every food service provider has a different way of implementing their food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices Therefore, it is recommended that strict implementation of PD 856 must be considered and must be strictly monitored by the university. Lastly, an in depth study may also be conducted related to compliance standards of the food service providers/food handlers in relation to the extent of implementation of the P.D 856. 28 cm..

Place hold on An assessment of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices of food service providers in Nueva Vizcaya State University/

Service quality of selected resorts in Nueva Vizcaya/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Miguel, Marjune C..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xvi, 45 leaves : , This study was conducted to assess the service quality of the selected resorts in Nueva Vizcaya. It aimed to gather information from the guest through a questionnaire with the use of Primary and Sub-dimension of Service Quality. The data gathered were subjected to T- Test to determine the difference between the respondent's expectation and the perception to the service quality of the resort and to determine the difference between the technical and functional service quality of the three selected resorts. Also, the Analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA) was used to determine the difference between the respondent's perception on the technical and functional aspects of the three selected resorts The results showed that the guests' expectations are higher than their perceptions in all the factors since the gaps are all negative and the factor with the least gap is the "Behavior" of the employee's service quality of resort A, and the factor with the greatest gap is the "Design" of the physical environment at resort C. Overall, resort A has the highest rating compared to resort B and resort C. When it comes to the respondents' perception on the three selected resorts in Nueva Vizcaya, using ANOVA, there was no statistically significant difference with their perception in the service quality provided by the resort. Therefore, the guests were not generally satisfied with the service quality of the resorts. Their expectations are higher than their perceptions in all the attributes in measuring the service quality of the resorts. On the average, the expectation's point scale was "Agree". It means that they agreed that the resorts satisfy most of the attributes when it comes to their expectation about the service quality. On the other hand, when it comes to their perception, they only slightly agreed to all of the attributes. It is therefore recommended that in order to minimize the gap between the guest's expectation and perception in the service quality, the resort should assure the staff that every contact with the guest must result to a positive experience. Conduct an orientation about rules and regulations to have knowledge about the resort, training must be conducted to improve the communication skills and to widen their expertise. Moreover, attention to the physical appearance of the resort must be enhance to make it more attractive and offer some recreational activities that guest will enjoy during their stay in the resort. Lastly, study should also be conducted to determine the factors that are significant in predicting other dimensions that can boost customers' satisfaction. | Research paper (Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management) 28 cm..

Place hold on Service quality of selected resorts in Nueva Vizcaya/

Service quality of the three selected casual dining restaurants as perceived by local patrons in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya/
<dc:identifier>ISBN:</dc:identifier>

By Espiritu, Lie Ann..
Bayombong: Nueva Vizcaya State University, 2018 .
xvi, 37 leaves : , This study was conducted to determine the expected and perceived quality service in selected casual dining restaurants in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.
