<br/><br/> The study compared the antibacterial activity of Jatropha curcas (physic nut) leaf extract with the commercially available antibiotic (Penicillin G and Streptomycin) and identified the most effective concentration capable of inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonosa aeruginosa. <br/><br/>The study laid out following the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the following Treatments Treatment 1-pure Jatropha curcas (physic nut) leaf extract, Treatment 250% of physic nut leaf extract, Treatment 3 25% of physic nut leaf extract, Treatment 4 Penicillin G and Streptomycin (in form of antibiotics). Each treatment was replicated three times. <br/><br/>The result of the study revealed that the different concentration of Jatropha curcas (physic nut) leaf extract exhibited antibacterial efficacy against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. However, among the different test extracts, Treatment 1 exhibited comparable effects with that of positive control (Penicillin G and Streptomycin).<br/><br/>  Thesis (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
