The primary goal of this research is to discover the factors that influence recent graduates' employment. Specifically, it aimed to provide a full description of the respondents' demographic profile and physical attractiveness, soft skills, job experience, and education that influence fresh graduates' employment in tourist attraction sites. The descriptive-survey approach was employed in this study to identify characteristics of fresh graduates' employability in the various tourist attractions in Nueva Vizcaya. A two-part survey questionnaire was distributed to 15 Human Resource Managers, person-in-charge of hiring or senior employees in accredited tourist attractions in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya. A third of the respondents are between the ages of 31 and 36. Those aged 37 to 43 years and 44 and above years account for one-fifth of the respondents in each age group. Female respondents outnumbered the males. Meanwhile, two-fifths each of those polled are single and married, with the remaining one-fifth widows. Finally, the majority of respondents are at the start of their HR careers, having spent one to four years as Human Resource or as the person in charge of the hiring process. Those who have worked in the Human Resource department for 5 to 8 years have the second highest number of respondents and the rest have spent more than 9 years and above. In assessing the data gathered, descriptive-inferential statistics was employed. Frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Chi-square test were among the statistical tools utilized to better understand the study's data. The survey findings were statistically processed as follows: To determine the demographic profile of the respondents, the researchers utilized frequency and percentage distribution. The researchers employed weighted mean and standard deviation to identify the employability of fresh graduates in the tourist attractions in Nueva Vizcaya.
