Saludares This study assessed the green practices of the selected lodging establishments in the municipality of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Specifically, it looked into the profile of the Jodging establishments, their levels of participation in the major criteria for ASEAN Green hotels such as the environmental policy and actions for hotel operation, use of green products, and collaboration with the community and local hotels, and their commitment towards environmental practices. In addition, the significant differences and relationships among the variables were also investigated. Descriptive quantitative method was used to assess the green practices in the lodging establishments. Based on the findings, the following conclusions were made, lodging establishments had been in operation for more than 5 years, mostly classified as lodges and been operating on green practices for more than 6 years. The lodging establishments highly practiced the use of green products among the major criteria for ASEAN Green hotels. The lodging establishments are found to be highly committed to the environmental practices. It was also found out that there are significant differences in the levels of practice of the lodging establishments based on the three major criteria for ASEAN hotels. There is also a significant relationship between the three major criteria for ASEAN hotels and the commitment of the guests and the hotel towards environmental practices.
