It aimed to determine the presence of tuberculosis among cattle stocks using tuberculin test. 

Cattle stocks came from different farms and raised based on the farm's own practice. A total of sixty-five (65) cattle (males and females) aging from suckling to breeders were used in the study. Classification and sex of animal were assessed in relation to the occurrence of tuberculosis in cattle. Furthermore, the "Tuberculin PPD Bovis intradermic" was administered intradermally on the cervical or neck region.

Based on the result of the study, tuberculin test showed that none of the 65 test animals regardless of classification and sex showed positive reaction for tuberculosis. It means that bovine tuberculosis is apparently absent in all the experimental animals used in the study.  aThesis (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)  aIncludes appendix and bibliographical references.
