This study specifically sought to determine the profile variables of tourists frequenting the Lower Magat Ecotourism Park which utilizes a descriptive correlational approach. The tourists' perception of the park features and the factors affecting their motivation the visit the area was also determined. The said study was conducted last December 2022. There were 150 tourist respondents, which was derived from the DOT report of Provincial Department of Tourism for the year 2019. Descriptive statistics was utilized for profile variables and perceptions of respondents. While spearman's rho test of association was used to determine relationship between profile variables, park features and factors affecting their motivation to visit Lower Magat Ecotourism Park. The results showed that the respondents were mostly composed of Millennials and Generation Z who were mostly single and married females accounting to 32.7 percent belonged to the post Generation 2 while 38 percent forms the Millennials respectively who were college graduates and are currently working for the government and the private sector who have a monthly salary of 8,000 to 15,000 pesos. Most of them have visited Lower Magat Eco Tourism Park either with their family/relatives or co-workers with their own private vehicles to visit the place once or even twice a year. Based on their companion, it is quite to note that they learned about the park through their friends and family and through the internet. Moreover, the respondents were in awe of the features of the park and they were convinced to visit LMET because it possessed the needed factors where possible visitors would consider visiting it and even prefer it as their next destination to travel upon. On the other hand, respondents who were from Nueva Vizcaya have higher level of assessment on the features of the park than those outside Nueva Vizcaya. This holds true as possibly respondents who come from outside Nueva Vizcaya has only seen a part of the park's features. While respondents who visit the place as a group be it of family or with co-workers, tend to have higher levels of assessment on the park's features. Moreover, when groups such as families and co-workers visit the park, they tend to better enjoy the socialized aspect of the park, more entertained and have seen psychological benefits when they visit the park together.
