Madronio This study was conducted to determine the acceptability of quality protein maize (QPM) based snack recipes: chips, binatog and muffin using a sensory panel and to determine the relative preference of the panelists through a ranking test. Results of the study showed that the QPM muffin was "liked extremely" while the binatog was "liked very much" by the panelists. The difference, however was not found to be statistically significant. The chips on the other hand was "neither liked nor disliked" by the evaluators. Result of the ranking test showed that the QPM muffin was the most preferred product followed by binatog.
