	note = {	The study analyzes the Alienable and Disposable land and Forest Zone in the Municipality of Kasibu Province of Nueva Vizcaya in terms of percentages, classifications, and their corresponding area proportions, the highest preference or award of forest lands, and the awareness of the possessors of forest lands. In order to gather information or data from the respondents the researchers employ semi-structured interviews to conceptually and analytically integrate qualitative and quantitative research data with the data of the Provincial Assessor's office. The outcome showed that the area of Alienable and Disposable land comprises (49,582.10776) hectares which is 71% while the Forest Zone comprises (23,501.60774) hectares which is 29% with a total of (73,083.7155) hectares. The classifications of Alienable and Disposable land where agricultural land has. 67% of the total area of Kasibu with a corresponding area of (48,681.1585) hectares, residential land comprises of (871.9055063) hectares or 1%, industrial land comprises of (24.58317123) hectares or 0.3% while commercial land comprises of (4.460582333) hectares or 0.006100883%. The research locale doesn't have any townsite. The data reveals that most of the possessor's preference in forest land is tax declaration with 859 or 99%, while the certificate of stewardship has a four or 0.0046%, and 0.96% is through actual possession with a total of nine. In terms of awareness, five barangays are perfectly aware, two barangays are 98%, four barangays are 97%, three barangay gets 94%,93% and 77%, 92% for two barangays, and 91% for three barangays. Moreover, conducting tax mapping is for the four barangays namely Siguem, Pudi, Muta, and Antutut to classify the remaining portion of land.
