<br/><br/> 	This research study aimed to identify the Profile of the Reclassified Agricultural Land in the Municipality of Solano. The town consist of 22 barangays which is clustered one Urban areas consisting six barangays and the Rural areas for the rest 16 barangays. The Solano is a first class municipality and had great picture for becoming a city town in time according to the Municipal Accessor's Office statement.<br/>Particularly, it sought to answer the research problems: (1) What is the profile of the land in terms of: a, utilization: residential, commercial, industrial, and others; b. area in square meter, and e. topography of the land (hill, plain, and valley), (2) What is the purpose of reclassification of agricultural land in the Municipality of Solano, and (3) What is the effect of reclassification in terms of the tax revenue?<br/>This study was conducted at the Municipality of Solano specifically at the cooperating agencies, the respondents: Assessor's office both municipal and provincial sector, the Sangguniang Bayan (SB), the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) and the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)-Solano. It is descriptive quantitative type of research. In the gathering of data, questionnaire and interview utilized as survey method. The researchers utilized a questionnaire for the respondents to answer on the guided method and additional questionnaire to get more information.<br/><br/>The Microsoft Excel was the instrument used in the computation of the gathered data. Percentage distribution was the statistical tool used in the analysis of question number 1 and 2 while assess "tax" formula was used in the analysis of question number 3.
