Results revealed no significant decrease in cholesterol level after 7 and 14 days with continuous feeding of the regular diet as compared with the initial cholesterol level mean. Likewise, there was no significant decrease in the mean cholesterol levels in the blood of starter native pigs after 7 and 14 days of 100 grams asparagus supplementation as compared to the mean of the initial cholesterol level.
