	note = {This study used sixteen (16) starter pigs which were randomly distributed to four treatments such as treatment 1 formulated feeds, treatment 2 formulated feeds with 5% Madre de Agua, treatment 3: formulated feeds with 10% Madre de Agua and treatment 4: formulated feeds with 15% Madre de Agua to assess their growth performance.

The results of the study revealed that the average initial weight of treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 in day 1 had means of 17.000, 20.000, 20.500 and 20.500 kgs respectively and they revealed a significant difference (p<0) when subjected to statistical analysis. Day 6 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 19.250, 22.000, 22.2500 and 21.500 kgs; day 13 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 20.750, 24.000, 24.375 and 23.250 kgs, day 20 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 24.750, 27.500, 27.875 and 27.625 kgs, day 27 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 28.125, 30.500, 30.500 and 29.875 kgs; day 32 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 30.250, 32.500, 32.625 and 31.625 kgs respectively showed a non-significant difference after statistical analysis.

Moreover, the average daily gain of treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 in day 6 with means of 0.375, 0.333, 0.292 and 0.167 kgs, day 13 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means 0.289, 0.308. 6.343 and 0.212 kgs, day 20 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 0.388, 0.375, 0.369 and 0344 kgs; day 27 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 0.412, 0.389, 0.370 and 0.347 kgs day 32 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means 0.414, 0.391, 0.379 and 0.348 kgs respectively showed a non-significant difference after statistical analysis. 

The average daily feed intake of sixteen starter pigs in treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 is 1 kg from day 1 up to day 13 and 1.2 kg from day 20 up to day 32 On the other hand, the conversion ratio of treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 in day 6 had means of 3.250, 3.500, 4.250 and 6000; day 13 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 3.628, 3. 519, 3.908 and 4 765, day 20 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 3 131.3.274, 3.286 and 3.523, day 27 treatment 1, 2, 3. 4 had means of 2.927, 3.147, 3.276 and 3.473; day 32 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means 2.915, 3.139, 3.199 and 3.474 respectively Statistical analysis showed non-significant differences among the FCR treatment means.
The diet formulation composed of yellow corn in treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 with 29, 29, 28 and 25.50 respectively, soybean meal had 15.00 in treatment 1, 2, 3, 4, RBD1/darak had 4.00 and 1.50 in treatment 1 and 2, madre de agua with 0 kg in treatment 1, 2.50, 5.00 and 7.00, vegetable oil with 0.50 in treatment 1, 2, 3, 4, base mix with 1.50 in all treatment. 

Protein efficiency ratio of the starter pigs from the treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 from day 6 had means of 2.070, 1808, 1.552 and 0.870; day 13 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 1.590, 1.670, 1.588 and 1 100; day 20 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 2.000, 1.903. 1.835 and 1.670; day 27 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 2.058-, 1.913-, 1.788- and 1.638-day 32 treatment 1, 2, 3, 4 had means of 2.043, 1.875, 1.805 and 1.615 respectively Statistical analysis showed non-significant differences among the FCR treatment means. 
The partial budgetary analysis on the economic profitability of starter pigs fed with formulated feed with different level of Madre de Agua. The net profit in treatments 1, 2, 3 and 4 are Php 845.168, Php 699.2, Php 676.376 and Php 588.8 respectively. Feeding starter pigs with formulated feed (0% Madre de Agua) would give a net profit of Php 845.168 which is higher than the net profit of feeding starter pigs fed with formulated feed T2 (5% Madre de Agua) Php 699.2, T3 (10% Madre de Agua) Php 676.376 and T4 (15% Madre de Agua) Php 588.8.
