	The goal of this research is to establish the importance of food quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mang Inasal in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, as well as their recommendations. Its specific goal was to identify the respondents' profile, their impression of factors influencing customer satisfaction such as food quality and service quality, their degree of customer satisfaction, and customer recommendations. Furthermore, the correlations between the independent variables were investigated. Customer satisfaction determinants were also discovered.
	To ensure the validity of the findings, the respondents were carefully chosen to suit the goal of the researcher's study, that is a convenience random sampling was conducted. A four-part survey questionnaire was given to the chosen 100 respondents.
	According to the findings, the researchers determined that Mang Inasal offers excellent food quality and service quality and with these, the customers are very satisfied. Moreover, frequency of visits and good service quality were found to be significant indicators of customer satisfaction.
	Lastly, it is recommended that the management of Mang Inasal should find a way to further the training of staff and to maintain their excellent quality service.
