N1  - 	The evaluation of the implementation of a project is a rich source of information about how the next project implementation plan can be effectively implemented. This paper determined the degree of effectiveness of the project implementation of the construction of Lower Magat Eco-Tourism Park Resort, the encountered challenges in the different stages of the project, and their solution to overcome them. Descriptive research was conducted using a researcher-made survey questionnaire to gather data from 30 respondents who were involved in the project. Results showed that there was a clear project plan which was effectively implemented in the different stages of the construction phase. Based on the gathered data, the problems encountered were primarily due to human and nature such as financial insecurity and occurrence of natural disasters. Varied solutions were found to address these includes creating a plan, maintaining a safe working environment, taking responsibility, giving teams the autonomy in decision making, fix as soon as possible site disputes and proper financial management. Overall, the project implementation was conducted efficiently. The project cost management, project quality management, and the satisfaction of the stakeholders and engineers are met. The only fair result in the degree of effectiveness is the completion of the project in accordance with the project schedule. The findings of this study could serve as guide to the different personnel involved in the implementation of projects.
