Construction labor productivity have become part of the issues that significantly affect the construction industry, more specifically the performance of construction projects. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how the project managers, engineers and other related jobs in this field take this as a part of the study. The study compares the construction labor productivity of five construction companies using a 4-poin Likert scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was composed of major reasons, possible interventions, and processes to help prevent construction labor productivity from dropping. The collected date through floating a questionnaire were analyzed based on frequencies, percentage, mean and quantitative description. The study revealed that EPN Builders and Alfalfa Construction both answered weather condition as the major factor affecting construction labor productivity while B. Flores Construction Company stated that unscheduled extra work affects the most, in the other hand BRG Company declared that numbers of workers on site rank first and JKCEZ Construction specified that site layout affects the most. Furthermore the study also revealed that the companies believes that inspection of work, record keeping, monitoring of work, and effective communication between a project's internal and external stakeholders are the most effective possible interventions. Moreover, through keeping planning scope, thorough project planning and planning the project accurately will help prevent the construction productivity from dropping.
