This research sought to find the leadership styles of administrators and school performance of public elementary schools in Northern District of Nueva Vizcaya. There were nine school administrators and seventy two teachers who served as respondents in this study. The questionnaires used were validated by experts. The data were statistically analyzed using t-test to identify where significant and correlation lie. Descriptive correlational method was used in this study. The demographic profile was correlated to the leadership styles of the school administrators and performance of the school. Level was used to measure the school performance and leadership styles of the school administrators. There are more female administrators in elementary schools than male. Both male and female administrators possess the highest position which is Principal III. The teacher respondents agree that their administrators have authoritarian style, democratic style, laissez faire, style, strategic style, job centered style, the more likely that transactional and transformational leadership style. The higher the rank of administrators, the transactional leadership and job-centered style were practiced. The rank/position, transactional and job-centered leadership style of the administrator has significant correlation. The rank/position, Grade III and Grade VI NAT Performance are significantly correlated with job-centered and transactional leadership style of the administrators. There is significant correlation between the leadership styles and demographic profiles of the administrators. The school performance of the public elementary administrators in terms of graduation rates is high and low in dropout rates. The grade VI NAT and Grade III performance is Moving Towards Mastery (MTM.) The leadership styles of the public elementary school administrators are laissez faire, democratic, authoritarian, job centered and strategic style. The position/rank of the administrators affect their leadership on the pupils' performance of Grades III and VI NAT. Job-centered leadership and transactional style may be used by the administrators to achieve high performance of Grade III and VI NAT. The results suggest that administrators may device programs to decrease the dropout rates and increase the graduation rates of the schools. The teachers may also conduct more review classes to the pupils to improve their performance in NAT.
