Maximo This study determined the level of self-efficacy, burnout, and attitudes towards change of the high school science teachers in the Schools Division of Quirino, consequently showing the interrelatedness of these three variables and the effect of teachers' characteristics to each of them. Random sampling was used in selecting the 90 respondents from the 14 secondary schools and 8 integrated schools in the Schools Division of Quirino. This study used descriptive correlation research design. Particularly, frequency count was used to describe the characteristics of the respondents, t-test and ANOVA were used to determine the effect of the teachers' characteristics to their level of self-efficacy, burnout, and attitude towards change, and correlation procedures were used to examine the interrelationships between and among the three variables. The results revealed that the respondents are "quite certain" in practicing the related activities in self-efficacy, they experienced "a few times a month or less the emotions/feelings related to burnout, and they "moderately agreed" on the statements related to attitude towards change. The number of dependents significantly affects the teachers' level of self-efficacy, none of the characteristics significantly affects the level of burnout, and the teachers' gender and civil status significantly affect their level of attitude towards change. Finally, there is a significant correlation between burnout and self-efficacy and so with self-efficacy and attitude towards change.
