N1  - 	This study focuses on the planning, construction scheduling, and cost estimation of the proposed overland transport integrated terminal at Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. It sought answers if the intended location meets the minimum terminal size as required by the LTFRB and have enough space for the proposed land transport integrated terminal to have all its facilities, detailed unit price analysis and bill of quantities and the total calendar days to complete the project construction. This study was conducted to lessen the major problem of a commercial municipality which is the traffic. 

	This study used the operational framework in presenting the systematic flow of work from planning, construction scheduling and cost estimation. The research utilized the quali-quanti type of research in which the researchers proposed a design of the said terminal through AutoCAD Numerical methods such as computation, plotting of S-curve, Gantt Chart and PERT/CPM were done through Microsoft Excel and Project respectively as part of quantitative method. Processing of letters, consultation of papers and canvassing of price for lists of goods were also done in gathering information. The researchers used the area sampling method in choosing the location for the proposed terminal because of its availability and accessibility. 

	Based on the major findings, the location meets the need of the proposed terminal in terms of its facilities, the construction has a total calendar day of 254 and amounting to 39,315,682.40 Php. Findings revealed also that the whole project was successfully done in all construction works based on the Gantt chart at S-curve As the major findings were drawn, recommendations and suggestions from LGU Solano, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Researchers and Future Researchers were highlighted; Research paper (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering); Includes bibliographical references and appendices
