<br/><br/> The study determined the socioeconomic dimensions of High Yielding Technology Adoption (HYTA) program in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya as a basis for strategic direction.<br/><br/>	The study used the descriptive-correlation type of research method through a structured questionnaire and qualitative approaches to gather pertinent data required in the study.<br/><br/>	The result of the study showed that the overall level of institutional support and development and the economic and social aspects under socioeconomic dimensions were qualitatively described as high which denotes that the services rendered, the performances of personnel assigned to the program, and the implementation of activities were commendable and had exceeded the expected results while slightly serious problems were rated on the problems and issues encountered by the recipients of the HYTA program, which meant that identified problems should be analyzed and strategies should be identified to address them. Failure to address the problems identified might lead to more serious problems in the future.<br/><br/>	Moreover, in testing whether there was a significant relationship between the profile variables and economic and social dimension of the HYTA program, the result showed that the economic and social dimension of the HYTA program was significantly correlated with the profile variables used in the study.<br/><br/>	Furthermore, in testing if there was a significant relationship between the institutional support and development and economic and social dimensions of the HYTA program, the institutional support and development component of the HYTA program, as well as the overall level of institutional support and development accorded to the recipients, positively and significantly correlated with the economic and social dimensions of the HYTA program implementation.<br/><br/>	Generally, the overall socioeconomic dimensions of the HYTA program significantly and positively correlated with the institutional support and development component of the Program, implying that the satisfactory implementation of all components would give higher economic returns and social amelioration to its beneficiaries.<br/><br/>Keywords: HYTA Program, Socioeconomic Dimensions, Profile Variables, Institutional Support and Development  Thesis (Master of Management - Public Management)
