The purpose of the research is to outline the scheduling and planning for a two-storey CENRO Office Building in Bannit, Payawan Lamut, Ifugao. This study used quantitative research.

The estimated project cost reached about Php 13.5 M which will last for 200 working days (excluding Sundays, and holidays) as computed in the critical path in the PERT/CPM. Thus, the researchers conclude that managing a construction project in an economical way involves careful planning and scheduling.
