This study explored the development of flexible Strategic Intervention Materials for Vocabulary Enrichment for Grade 11 Senior High School Learners of Bonfal National High School. The paper assessed the Vocabulary Proficiency level of the Grade 11 students of Bonfal National High School. The results, along with the least mastered competency in the subject, Reading and Writing, became the basis for the development of the Strategic Intervention Materials (SIM) in Availability, Breadth of Meaning and Precision.

The study employed the descriptive research design to evaluate and determine the characteristics of the developed Flexible Strategic Intervention Materials. The findings pointed out that the Grade 11 students of Bonfal National High School reaped a proficiency level of moderate in Generalization and Application and garnered a low proficiency level in Availability. Breadth of Meaning, and Precision, varied strategies were utilized to develop materials that would remediate the low vocabulary proficiency level of the students All the developed Flexible Strategic Intervention Materials were valid and were Excellent/Good in terms of Internal Consistency.
