A five-point Likert scale was utilized for the perceptions and a structured questionnaire adapted on the study of Moura, Monico, & Mira (2019) and Ribeiro et al. (2017) to fully disclose needed information from locals. Furthermore, a four part survey questionnaire was distributed to 90 randomly selected residents from the three selected barangays of Bayombong. Results revealed that the respondents were all female aging 26 years old and up with monthly income in the poverty line. Moreover, in terms of the perception of residents to tourism, the respondents see tourism as beneficial to their life.
