N1  - 	The construction industry is a critical driver of economic growth and infrastructure development, yet it faces persistent challenges in occupational safety and health management. This study explores the health and safety practices of three construction firms in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, focusing on evaluating compliance with safety regulations, identifying common challenges, and proposing improvement measures. 

	Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research methodology includes structured questionnaires, observations, and document analysis to collect data. Statistical treatments, such as frequency and percentage analyses, as well as weighted mean interpretation, are applied to analyze the gathered data. Data visualization techniques, including tables and graphs, are employed to present the findings clearly.

	The study reveals high levels of safety and health compliance among construction site workers, indicating a strong safety culture within the surveyed firms. Key factors influencing compliance, constraints in safety management implementation, safety climate factors, and risk assessment methods are identified and analyzed. Recommendations for future research include aligning questionnaires with official standards, incorporating robust statistical tools, and considering longitudinal studies to track safety practices over time.

	By shedding light on the occupational safety and health landscape, this study provides valuable insights for enhancing safety measures, promoting regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe working environment for construction workers. The findings and recommendations aim to contribute to ongoing efforts to improve safety practices and ensure the well-being of individuals in the construction sector.
