<br/><br/> 	This study identifies the essential factors that are crucial for the success of construction projects in both sectors. These factors are the very foundation for ensuring the structural integrity, functionality, and longevity of buildings while prioritizing the well-being of workers and occupants. <br/><br/>	A quantitative approach is used, with survey questionnaires distributed to key personnel in Nueva Vizcaya's construction projects, including architects, engineers, foremen, and workers. Purposive sampling ensures accurate representation. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel reveals trends in safety and quality management.<br/> <br/>	Findings highlight significant safety and quality issues. Key factors include project delays (2.5%), poor project management (4%), change orders (2.5%), and adverse weather (1.5%) affecting safety. Negligence of work (2.5%) and lack of a quality system (1.5%) impact quality. Equality and diversity (2%) are notable compliance issues. <br/><br/>	Three key areas for improvement are identified: faster response to accidents (6.67% respondents), stricter protocols for adverse weather, and enhancing worker competence through better training. Addressing equality and diversity compliance is also emphasized. Regular monitoring is recommended to enhance overall project outcomes. <br/><br/>Keywords: Safety, Quality, Construction, Management.
