<br/><br/> 	The construction industry operates as a multifaceted puzzle, where effective leadership is essential for navigating challenges and achieving success. Project managers, as key figures, play a pivotal role in guiding teams toward project completion and employee satisfaction.<br/><br/>	This study investigates the impacts of transformational, transactional, and servant leadership styles on project performance and employee satisfaction in private construction companies in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Through qualitative interviews with contractors, engineers, foremen, and laborers from four companies, the research reveals that transactional leadership (TSL) significantly boosts project performance and employee satisfaction, especially in TAMRHEY and BRGajes Construction. Transformational leadership (TFL) is highly valued in Gualon Construction, while servant leadership (SL) receives generally positive but varied feedback. Key factors influencing team dynamics include clear communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment. Communication challenges, particularly in TAMRHEY Construction, highlight the need for effective communication channels.<br/><br/>	The study finds a strong correlation between effective leadership and positive project outcomes, emphasizing the importance of clear communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. These insights provide practical guidance for construction companies to optimize leadership and team dynamics, enhancing project success and employee satisfaction.
