<br/><br/> Utilizing a qualitative approach in research using interview, observation, and participation in the dance as a tool in gathering and collecting data, this study endeavored document La Jota Vizcayano dance of the people of Nueva Vizcaya for preservation, enrichment of the cultural heritage and dissemination that they may be used for instructional purposes. The researcher documented the dance by recording and writing accurate information to facilitate in the notation and interpretation. Specifically, this easy aimed to describe the dance as to the origin and background of the dance, costumes and accessories, as well as the music and specific dance movements and its cultural implications. The La Jota Vizcayano which had been documented, is the only Jota Dance the province of Nueva Vizcaya that showcases the rich culture of the people of Nueva Vizcaya.<br/><br/>The result of the study shows that the gathered data was translated into choreographic forms to come up with the documented La Jota Vizcayano dance of the people of Nueva Vizcaya.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>  Thesis (Master of Arts in Education - Mapeh)
