<subfield code="a">Considering the perennial problem of teacher turnover among private schools, this study examined levels of job involvement, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support as predictors of organizational commitment among private school educators of Nueva Vizcaya.

To answer this question, data was gathered via an online survey-questionnaire from private school teachers in the province of Nueva Vizcaya. Mean levels of job satisfaction, job involvement, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment were obtained from the raw data and compared using Pearson product-moment coefficient correlations and multiple linear regressions.

The study was conducted among nine (9) private schools in the said province with 51 teachers having at least 5 years' experience teaching in the same institution as respondents at 0 10 probability sampling.

Among the salient findings of the research are: (a) job satisfaction and perceived organizational support were independent variables that showed the highest correlation to each other, (b) both job satisfaction and perceived organizational support were both highly statistically significant when correlated with organizational commitment, which indicates that they are considered significant predictors of organizational commitment, and (c) the interplay of job involvement, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support were highly statistically significant when correlated with organizational commitment, which indicates that as a group, the independent variables can be considered a good predictor of organizational support of private school teachers.

The results of this study emphasize the need to assess and evaluate the teachers' needs as a whole to provide them with a better incentive to stay in the private sector and reduce teacher turnover and attrition.
