Agrarian reform community connectivity and economic support services common service facilities in Isabela: an assessment/ Crisel P. The study was conducted to assess the common service facilities provided by DAR-ARCCESS program to ARBO members in Isabela. The results of this study have a total of 51 ARBO members and 8 ARBO manager/operators. Respondents were interviewed with the use of survey questionnaires and key informant interview. The findings of the study showed the different CSFs given by DAR in 2014 under the management of the identified 4 cooperatives which includes facilities such as tractors, mechanical transplanter, combine harvester and mechanical flat-bed dryer. Among the cooperatives assisted, Division 4 Series Cauayan Irrigator's Association of Cauayan City and Villacabanes Credit Cooperative of San Manuel have received the most number of facilities while Bannawing Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative received the least number of facilities through the use of descriptive statistics. Moreover, ARBO member always utilized facilities in the year 2014-2015 while in 2016-2017 frequently and rarely utilized because of the limited number of facilities that are always used and limited knowledge on the management of facilities. There are policies imposed by the ARBO manager/operator that served as guidelines to ARBO members in the utilization of CSFs in terms of implementation and compliance. The test for significance using multiple linear regression further showed that the use of CSFs has statistically significant effect to yield/output both dry and wet seasons with a t-value of 6.315 and 5.713, respectively. It was also statistically significant to income during both seasons with a t-value of 0.429 and 1.154, respectively. The t test for r measured the significant difference between the utilization and non-utilization of CSFs. The results showed a highly significant difference between the utilization and non-utilization of CSFs by the ARBOs (before and after) and labor productivity. Findings also showed that there is significant difference between the variables in terms of farm area, yield /output and income.
