Serrano The research paper explores the perceptions of project managers in construction companies in Nueva Vizcaya regarding project success factors. Using a quantitative comparative approach. the study employs a survey questionnaire validated by the Research Adviser to identify the project managers' views on key success factors in the construction industry, focusing on human resource management, construction projects, project management effectiveness, project stakeholder management, and project budget. Through simple random sampling, 30 Project Managers were selected as respondents, and the research methodology included various activities such as questionnaire development, pilot testing, data collection, and analysis, all meticulously outlined in a structured timeline. The study's findings reveal a significant difference in project managers' perceptions of project success factors when grouped by age. The findings and recommendations provide valuable insights for the construction industry, emphasizing the importance of establishing clear goals, fostering long-term commitment, implementing effective problem-solving mechanisms, ensuring timely payments, promoting reciprocity, striving for continuous improvement, and engaging in benchmarking practices to enhance project success in the construction sector. The researchers suggest further exploration of this study by considering procurement strategy as a success factor, increasing the number of respondents, exploring different types of projects, and studying the perceptions of various types of workers in construction project.
