This study aimed to address poor agricultural planning in irrigation and soil conservation which can lead to negative effect of the soybean growth. The study evaluated the effect of irrigation frequency and bio char-regulated soil on the growth of soybean under drip irrigation. In this study, the researchers used the randomized complete block design as experimental lay out for the study with three main treatment plots with the use of drip irrigation. Replicates were represented by three main blocks, where randomization was done in each plot. The data was statistically analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The Duncan's Multiple Range Test determined the differences between and among treatment means (DMRT). The total area of the study layout was 43.2 square meter. Each plot had ten soybeans planted with the spacing of 0.30 meter apart. The total soybean planted in each block were 60 and over all there was 180 soybeans. The experiment analyzed the significant of treatments to the growth of soybean. The result indicated that there was a significant difference among the treatments in terms of plant height, stem diameter, root length and leaf length. While the result for block presented that there was no different significance to plant height, root length and leaf length. In stem diameter, the block had a significant difference.
