The study focuses on geotagging of important landmarks and tourist spots in Banaue, Ifugao. It aims to identify the important landmarks and tourist spots in Banaue, Ifugao in terms of their classifications and uses; determine the area of landmarks and tourist spots, and determine the exact locations of landmarks and tourists spots in Banaue, Ifugao in terms of their geographical coordinates, elevation, and barangay. The study was conducted using a mobile application (GeoTag) installed in an Oppo A5s phone and a Garmin etrex GPS to geotag photos and gather geographical coordinates and elevation of the different landmarks and tourist spots. The data was the input to Microsoft excel and was plotted using QGIS software. The geotag photos was pinned to Google Earth with their geographical coordinates. Descriptive method and thematic analysis was the statistical tool used to analyze the data gathered for the study. Base on the results, the researcher presents the most visited tourist spots in Banaue, Ifugao according to the number of visitors from year 2018-2020. First, Batad Rice Terraces and Tapiya waterfalls with a total number of 1208 located at barangay Batad, Banaue. Second, Banaue ethnic village and pine forest with a total number of 1112 located at barangay viewpoint. Third, Bangaan rice terraces and Bangaan village with a total number of 1072 located at barangay Bangaan. Fourth, Cambulo rice terraces and Cambulo River with a total number of 1053 located at barangay Cambulo. Fifth, Banaue hotel and youth hostel with a total number of 1012 located at barangay Tam-an.
