This research aimed to identify the Assessment of Tax Valuation and Appraisal of Land Use in the Municipality of Bayombong. The town consist of twenty-five (25) barangay which is classified into fur-land use, residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial
Particularly, it sought to answer the research problems (1) What are the land use in Bayombong in terms of its nature and characteristic? (2) What is the total tax revenue to be collected under the land use? (3) What are the factors to be considered in the appraisal of land use?
This study was conducted at the municipality of Bayombong specifically at the cooperating agencies, the respondents: Assessor's office of both municipal and provincial sector, and the Municipal Treasury Office. It is quantitative design, particularly descriptive approach type of research. In the gathering of data letter was sent in the respective offices and table interview utilize as survey method.
The Microsoft Excel was used as the instrument in the computation of the gathered data. Frequency distribution was used in question number 1 and assess tax formula is use in the analysis on question number 2 and descriptive analysis was used in question number 3
