The presence of income generating enterprise address poverty, unemployment, and lack of economic opportunities. Income generations have been acquainted by state universities for the generation of funds and fill in the budget gap. The involvement of SUCs in the income generating projects/enterprises elevates its capability to produce more sources of funds. Thus, this research study and analyze different identified factors pertaining the internal and external environment of the income generating enterprises of Quirino State University. It uses a descriptive-evaluative research method through qualitative data gathering design. The identified results were measured and evaluated through SWOT Analysis and TOWS Matrix diagram relatively to generate factors. The study revealed that main constraints, issues and concerns has major impact to IGEs performance, most majeures were generated from organizational management due to unestablished organizational structure and absence of marketing platform on its marketing management which triggered the manifestation of low profit and net loss. Furthermore, the study recommends competitive strategies to address identified internal and external environment factors for the university to adapt and implement. Lastly, this study recommended that organizational restructuring should prioritize by the IGEs management associated with the implementing rules and regulations to establish accurate policies of operations.
