This proposal emphasizes the importance of constructing a Residential-Commercial Building within the Nueva Vizcaya State University campus to address the lifestyle requirements of both students and faculty. The project entails strategic planning and collaboration, with a focus on zoning regulations, community engagement, walkability affordable housing, support for local businesses. sustainability initiatives, cultural and educational amenities, design guidelines, infrastructure planning, flexibility, safety measure and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. By integrating these essential components, the mixed-use development endeavors to elevate the standard of living and promote the overall welfare of the university community.

This project proposal aims to develop a comprehensive structural plan for a Residential-Commercial Building spanning three stories within Nueva Vizcaya State University. Its main objective is to fulfill the housing and commercial needs of both faculty and student residents. Through the integration of residential and commercial functionalities, the building aspires to foster a dynamic, self-sustaining community that accommodates both residential living and business activities, thereby enhancing the overall ambiance of the university campus.

The research concludes that the detailed engineering analysis pursued each safe section and underwent trials with different sections to determine the most secure option. Adjustments were imperative to guarantee the structural integrity of the building and adherence to safety protocols, thereby highlighting the critical role of rigorous testing and modifications in the design process.
