The study aimed to determine the extent of research involvement, dissemination, and productivity among the public elementary school teachers in the Division of Nueva Vizcaya using descriptive-correlation design. One hundred twenty (120) respondents were selected using multistage systematic random sampling. The respondents were asked to answer the structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and correlational statistics were used in the study.

The youngest respondent is 20 years old and the oldest is 60 years old. The respondents were dominated by females, married, Ilocano, were graduates of Baccalaureate degrees and are occupying Teacher 3 position. The biggest portion of the respondents has length of teaching experience of less than 10 years. The respondents have very satisfactory teaching performance, but big portion of teachers were outstanding, were assigned to schools classified as small schools and were assigned to schools in the lowland.

The study found out that majority of the respondents were not involved in conducting research
The overall extent of research dissemination and research productivity of the respondents is Great Extent.
The research involvement activity particularly in the conduct of researches was significantly related to teaching performance ratings of the respondents during the schoolyears 2017-2018 and 2016-2017. The involvement through giving contributions was significantly related to teachers’ highest educational attainment and to teaching performance ratings during the school years 2017 2018 and 2016 2017. The involvement through participations to seminars/workshops/trainings in the district level was significantly related to age, length of service, the teaching performances for the three consecutive years, and size of school assignment.

The research dissemination activity such as discussing research findings with professional colleagues in the department is significantly related to teachers' crvil status and size of school assignment. Dissemination activity, discussing research findings with professional colleagues in other areas/local was significantly related to age, civil status, and teaching performance. Dissemination activity, discussing research findings in the community/locality was significantly related to teachers' civil status, and size of school assignment. Disseminating research findings to other schools’ agencies was significantly related to teachers' civil status and size of school assignment. Disseminating research findings to community as extension service was significantly related to teachers' civil status and size of school assignment.

The research productivity activity, presenting areas/recommendations for improvement enhancement of the weak parameters of the study to concerned individuals groups agencies is significantly related to the respondents' highest educational attainment The research productivity activity by presenting areas for appropriate application in the research locale and the teachers' teaching performance during school year 2015-2016 suggests that the higher the teaching performance of the respondents, the more they become productive by presenting findings or areas for appropriate application in the research locale The research dissemination activities particularly the activities: discussing research findings in the research community, and disseminating research findings to other schools offices/agencies showed significant correlations with the research involvement particularly in sharing ideas and giving support to other researcher/s.
All the productivity activities and the dissemination activities included in the study were significantly related to each other.
Research productivity activity of presenting areas for appropriate application in the research locale has significant relationships to the research activity that contributed for the improvement of research. In addition, research productivity activity of presenting areas for appropriate application in the research locale has significant relationships to the research activity that involve the participation to seminars/workshops/trainings on research in the district level.
